THE GREAT ROOM Step through the front door and you're welcomed into the heart of Wye Knot—a bright, open great room with vaulted ceilings and windows that draw your attention straight down the cove. Sink into the incredibly soft sectional or claim one of the modern swivel barrel chairs and settle in. Watch your favorite show on the 55-inch Smart TV, enjoy your morning coffee with a view, or light the wood-burning fireplace and cozy up on a cool Lake evening. The living and dining areas share this open gathering space, with a large dining table that gives everyone plenty of room for family meals, cards, puzzles and game nights. It's comfortable, casual and designed for exactly what a Lake house should be—spending time together. A GAME ROOM EVERYONE WILL LOVE Wye Knot isn't just a place to sleep between Lake days. There's an entire room dedicated to fun. The garage has been transformed into a spacious game room featuring a new pool table, shuffleboard, Ms. Pac-Man, poker table, darts, ring toss, bar-style seating and a 55-inch Smart TV. Start a pool or shuffleboard tournament, test your Pac-Man skills, throw a few darts, gather around the poker table, or settle in to watch the game. It's a great space for evenings, rainy afternoons or whenever you need a break from the sun. A sliding glass door leads directly from the game room to the side deck, making it easy to move between indoor fun and outdoor Lake living. SCREENED PATIO, SUNSETS & OUTDOOR LIVING The large screened-in patio overlooking the cove may quickly become everyone's favorite spot at Wye Knot. Start your morning with coffee and a quiet view of the water. Gather around the glass-top outdoor dining table for lunch, dinner or another round of cards. Relax in one of the rocking-style chairs, or curl up together in the hanging pod-style seat for two. Then, as the day winds down, grab your favorite drink and settle in for the show. The sunsets here are truly spectacular, filling the sky over the cove with color and creating the perfect backdrop for ending another day at the Lake. THE FAMILY/BUNK ROOM Perfect for families traveling together, this spacious room features queen-over-queen bunk beds plus an additional bed with a pull-out trundle. The blue-and-white striped bedding with touches of red carries the nautical feel into the room, while an adjoining private full bathroom adds convenience and privacy. A Smart TV, closet, bedside conveniences and phone charging complete the space. THE KING BEDROOM Settle into a comfortable king-size bed dressed in fresh linens and crisp blue-and-white bedding. To keep Wye Knot enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you follow these guidelines: Two dogs are welcome with prior approval and payment of the required pet fee. Dogs must be disclosed at the time of booking and kept on a leash when outside the home. Please do not leave your dog unattended or allow excessive barking. Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Additional cleaning charges may apply if pet waste is left behind or additional cleaning is required. Pit Bulls are not permitted. Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fee.
